Is this for real? Is Wellington in the playoffs too? And Forest Hill wouldve made it with a win tonight. The new districts stink. Wellington in, Boynton in, but 2 out of Atlantic, ParkVista, Seminole wont make it? Doesnt seem fair.

Palm Beach Lakes made it last year and probably weren't what many would consider playoff-caliber. As long as you use the district system, this can happen.

yes, wellington in playoffs - that doesn't mean they are the best, it just means they won out of the teams in their district and if you really look at the teams in their district they are all a pretty close match. This goes for pretty much all of the "new" districts. The teams are more closely matched so we are not having runaway seasons which in the past had a lot to do with unmatched teams and not necessarily overal talent. Boca, Atlantic and Park Vista are all very closely matched and should be playing one another as they are now. Before they were in separate districts and just ran over the other schools.

Yes, Wellington in the playoffs - come on! Atlantic, Park Vista, and Seminole Ridge are in a shootout Mon. nite and only ONE gets to go. Seminole Ridge destroyed Wellington on Fri. nite. and Wellington does not deserve to make the playoffs!...district system is screwed up, but it is what it is and our kids will get the chance on Mon. to continue on for what has been a great season! Go Hawks!
